2. Prices
All prices mentioned are in Euro and VAT inclusive. Transport costs are not included, but with each order the transport cost will be mentioned.
3. Information on products
A lot of attention is paid on the description of articles, prices, colours, etc. However the reproduction of a jewel or its colours on a computer monitor can differ from the true object or colour. We cannot be held responsible for any deviation on the article, colours, etc.
4. Order
After placing an order you will receive a confirmation mail (within 2 working days). In this mail we will mention the description of the goods, the price, the mode of payment and the delivery period.
5. Deliveries and delivery period
You can expect a delivery within a few days' time after payment, when ordering from our stock. When a stone needs to be mounted or a ring adapted, we will deliver within 2 working weeks. For all other orders we will inform you on the delivery on the confirmation mail. If you disagree on the delivery period, the order can be cancelled free of charge.
All orders from 100 € onward will be send to you free of charge by registered mail or by courier. All orders are packed and mailed with care. However we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage during transport. It is also possible to collect and pay your order at our offices after appointment.
6. Payment
We kindly ask you to pay the items before shipping of the goods. Please pay within 7 working days after placing the order. Also mention your name, address and the item that you ordered on the payment.

7. Bedenktijd
After placing of an order through internet, you have a legal period to consider your purchase of 7 working days. This periods starts on the day after the delivery. The purchase and payment are final after this period of 7 working days. In the case that you consider to send the jewel back, the delivery costs should be paid by you. You can replace the jewel by another of have the goods refunded. The payment will be transferred within 30 days. Please refer to point 8 for sending back the goods. Custom made products or products engraved on demand of the customer, will not be replaced or refunded.
8. Hoe de goederen terug zenden?
Indien u de bestelde goederen niet wenst te behouden, vragen we u om ons een mail te sturen binnen de 7 werkdagen na ontvangst van de goederen. In de mail vermeldt u uw naam, omschrijving van de goederen en uw bankrekeningnr en de vermelding dat u uw bestelling wenst te annuleren. Indien uw vraag aanvaardbaar lijkt, zal u een mail van ons ontvangen met het adres waar u uw pakket mag naar toe sturen.
De goederen die u terug zendt, moeten verpakt zijn in de originele verpakking met alle documenten (garantiebewijs, evt gebruiksaanwijzing, certificaat, ...) erbij en moeten in perfecte staat zijn. Beschadigde of gebruikte goederen worden niet terug genomen.
9. Waarborg
Bij juwelen in goud is er een waarborg van 6 maanden op eventuele fabricagefouten. De garantie telt ook niet op verkleuring van witgouden juwelen die licht geel worden. Dit is een normale slijtage. U kan ze steeds opnieuw laten rhodineren.
Bij juwelen in zilver is er een waarborg van 3 maanden.
De waarborg vervalt indien het juweel niet met zorg behandeld is of beschadigd is na een val, slijtage, verkeerd gebruik, ... Kleurstenen en parels zijn gevoelig voor chemische producten (bv bijtende afwasmiddelen, cosmetica, ...). Wanneer het blijkt dat zij in aanraking geweest zijn met zulke producten, vervalt de waarborg.
10. Eigendomsoverdracht
De goederen worden slecht eigendom van de klant op het moment dat het te betalen bedrag volledig vereffend is.
11. Toepasselijk recht en aanvaarding van de verkoopsvoorwaarden
De algemene verkoopsvoorwaarden vallen onder de Belgische wetgeving. In alle geschillen zijn enkel de rechtbanken van Sint-Niklaas bevoegd.
Door een bestelling te plaatsen via onze website, aanvaardt de koper automatisch onze algemene verkoopsvoorwaarden.
